Mustard Pork Tenderloin - a longtime favorite of whole grain mustard pork tenderloin served with green chile mac-n-cheese and jack daniel's au jus 

Tilapia Oscar - parmesan-pesto crusted with shrimp and hollandaise on a bed of rst. asparagus 

Elk Osso Bucco - jackson hole buffalo slowly braised in a Wyoming whiskey au jus and served over garlic mashed
